Who will deliver my order?
We currently use 3 different delivery methods depending on the size, weight and number of items you order from us. We use DPD and Hermes for all courier deliveries, as well as local postal services including Royal Mail for more smaller parcels. For some Royal Mail deliveries tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be sent to you after your order confirmation email.
Where will my order be sent from?
All orders are sent from the United Kingdom.
Where can I deliver to?
We deliver to the UK , Europe and to the United States Of America only at this present time. If you need your item to be sent to a country not listed please contact us for more information.
There will be additional charges for Saturday and timed deliveries. Please contact me for more information for weekend deliveries.
Track your order:
You will be notified once your order has been shipped and you will be able to track your order with a tracking link from the courier that has been used.
We offer a 14 day return policy. Once you inform me you can then return the order within 14 days of receiving the goods. This is under the following conditions:
The item must be unused and in a resalable condition. Items that are returned that are used and/ or not in resalable condition will not be refunded.
Carriage charges for returning unwanted parcels or items ordered in error are at your expense, I cannot be held responsible for this.
We recommend you use a traceable service. If you do not use a traceable service, there is a possibility the courier could miss deliver your goods and your order will not be relocated. We cannot be responsible for which courier you choose to return any items back with.
Sale items can only be exchanged, they are not eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
No refunds for items damaged in shipping, In that case, you must file a complaint with the carrier.
We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
